Phoebe was the first one who found the Book of
Shadows, and the first one who discovered that they were witches.
Phoebe, the third sister, is one of the most powerfull of all. Besides having great powers , premonition ( the avility to see the future) and levitation (flying) she knows how to fight. Plus, in the sixth season she recieved one more special power; the empath power.
She had a special love story during the 3rd. and 4th. seasons with a half demon/human named Cole Turner. They even got married in the 4th. season but finally she had to vanquish him as he was a constant threat to her and her sisters. She didn't love him anymore either.
Before knowing of their legacy, Phoebe was living in New York. She was naughty and irresponsable, but know she has changed and become of one of the most loved character of the audience.
